Wunderlabel is taking the Covid-19 global situation very seriously. As social distancing and self quarantine become the norm across the globe, we have also taken drastic measures to keep our community, staff and couriers safe and healthy.
Due to new Covid-19 restrictions which directly impacts our production and shipment facilities, we are expecting delays.
Delivery of your order may take up to 10 days longer than the original estimated delivery date given.
We are continuously working to rectify these restriction challenges so that we can get your orders to you as soon as possible. If you would like more information or have questions, please contact customer service directly.

Like many people across the globe, we are watching the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very closely. As always, the safety of our customers and Wunderlabel team remains our highest priority. Heightened safety and hygiene standards have become our new norm and we are dedicated to these practices as we move forward.
Wunderlabel remains open for business and we’re here to support and assist our customers. Production and shipment times have resumed to normal times and we will continue to work closely with our carriers and distribution hubs.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the measures being taken across the globe, our external partners UPS and Royal Mail are having some difficulties maintaining their usual delivery times. Because of this, Wunderlabel deliveries may be impacted and therefore delayed. UPS and Royal Mail are doing everything they can to deliver on time and provide us with the reliable services we know and trust. We ask for your understanding that these events are outside of our control. We are doing everything in our power to ensure that you get your orders as soon as possible. We have ramped up our production to offset these external delays to the best of our abilities. We thank you for your patience!
The well-being of our staff, customers, couriers and community is our top priority - especially during these difficult times. We continue to monitor the situation and follow the recommendations according to local authorities and the World Health Organization.

So far, we have not experienced any shipping delays and we will continue to fulfill our orders in a timely fashion with the same attention to detail as we always have.
While our production facility remains open, we are practicing social distancing and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards. Disinfection gel is being provided and all areas are being cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. Anyone who wishes to remain home is free to do so.
All of the Wunderlabel administrative staff is working remotely from home until further notice.
We will continue to monitor the situation and make changes as they are needed. Our top priority remains to keep everyone safe and healthy. We will continue to update directly on our website with space dedicated to the Covid-19 virus.
